APPOINTMENTS AND WALK- PATIENT VISITS
Patients are encouraged to make appointments for any dental services. Having an appointment enables us to have your chart available at the time of your visit, allows the dental practitioner to review clinical information prior to your visit, and gives the staff an opportunity to properly schedule your visit.
Due to health and safety reasons, walk-ins are strictly not allowed and no one will be permitted to enter without a confirmed appointment.
Every effort will be made to see patients with appointments within 30 to 45 minutes of the appointment time. However – dental emergencies, difficult cases, and complicated procedures can cause delays.

A patient is considered late when he or she arrives after their scheduled appointment time.
If you are running late, please call the practice at 03-7732 7714 or text as soon as possible to let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may ask you to reschedule or will let you know that we will try to work you in as available but that other patients who have arrived on time for their appointments may see the dentist first.
Please note that new patients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early in order to complete new-patient forms.
Appointment Cancellations
It is important that you call/ text to cancel an appointment if you are unable to keep it. In order to schedule appointments properly, we encourage patients to notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they find that they cannot keep a scheduled appointment. Any advance notice of a cancellation will be helpful.
